Operator Propelled Thermoplastic Applicator for Zebra Crossing
Specially designed, operator-propelled, mainly used for marking zebra crossing on pavement, parking lot, airfield, urban, etc, easy use and less maintain.
1. Marking bucket: Screeding structure marking bucket is integrated with material tank with a filter screen inside. Drawknife is made of heat-resistant, abrasion-resistant, antioxidation alloy steel. Capacity: 50kg.
2. Heating system: Consist of valve Hot-melting Zebra Crossing Marking Machine_clip_image001.jpg) , furnace, burn nozzle, gas meter, torch and hose, fueled by one 15kg LPG jar. (jar supplied by user)
3. Glass beads bin: Automatical quantitative dispensing synchronising with paint screeding system,
with window for checking the quantity of glass bead. Capacity: 30kg.
4. Chassis: Steel welding frame, surface chrome-plated or coated heat-resistant coating.
5. Lineation width:
350mm,400mm,450mm,500mm available by changing market bucket.
6. Lineation thickness: 1.5-3.5mm, freely adjustable.
7. Dimension:1300mm (L) x 750mm (W) x 900mm (H).
